Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the navi4d website accessible at https://navi4d.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to navi4d, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "Your", "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or loyalty reward granted by navi4d at its discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required of all Members prior to withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Togel" refers to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), one of the game categories offered on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, and that you agree to comply with all provisions therein.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and navi4d with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

navi4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with navi4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Creating an account if you are under 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of navi4d, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not have previously been self-excluded from navi4d or have had an Account suspended or terminated for any reason.

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

navi4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or a third party with or without your knowledge or consent.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify navi4d support immediately via live chat or email. navi4d will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

KYC Verification

navi4d is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform and complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal may be processed.

KYC documentation required includes, but is not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of current residential address in Indonesia (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the past 90 days).
• A selfie photograph holding the identification document submitted above.
• In certain circumstances, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of BCA or BRI account registered in your name).

navi4d may request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension and the freezing of any pending withdrawals.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment channels are accepted:

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in the same legal name as the navi4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. navi4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

navi4d does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, for which navi4d accepts no responsibility.

In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be returned to the originating account within 1–3 business days. navi4d accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Bonuses & Promotions

navi4d offers various bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount, though individual promotions may vary. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Sportsbook wagers at odds of 1.50 or higher: 100% contribution
• Slots and RNG games: 100% contribution
• Live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
• Togel and lottery bets: 50% contribution

Bonuses are granted at navi4d's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or cancelled at any time without prior notice. navi4d reserves the right to refuse or revoke bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure (e.g., hedging, arbitrage)
• Using automated betting tools or bots in conjunction with bonus play
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate bonus outcomes

Members found to be abusing bonuses will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited and may have their Account permanently suspended.

Betting Rules

All bets placed through the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the category of bet in question (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, etc.). General principles applicable to all bets include:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is deemed accepted when navi4d confirms the bet and issues a bet reference number. navi4d reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake on any bet without providing a reason.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each betting market has minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, event, and market type.
3. Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by navi4d, referencing official sources such as competition organisers, live feeds, and third-party statistical providers. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, navi4d's decision is final.
4. Voided Bets: If an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the market has already been unequivocally determined.
5. Errors and Omissions: navi4d reserves the right to void any bet if an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or human error has occurred. Members will be notified and stakes returned if a bet is voided for this reason.
6. Live Betting Delay: All live betting markets carry a short broadcast delay. Bets placed after an event-defining action (e.g., a goal, wicket, or point scored) but before the delay updates may be voided at navi4d's discretion.

Specific rules for sports betting (football, badminton, esports), live casino, slots, and togel are published in the relevant game rules section accessible from each game lobby.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the navi4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraud or Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, or using stolen or counterfeit payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate betting outcomes, rig markets, or exploit bonuses.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different betting platforms or markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other automated software to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal means or to facilitate any other form of financial crime.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your Account or use the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through navi4d support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in Account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

navi4d employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with third-party verification providers to monitor for prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to conduct investigations at any time and to share information with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and law enforcement as required.

Responsible Gaming

navi4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Members who may be at risk of developing gambling-related harm. All Members have access to the following tools from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits to protect your bankroll.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications showing total time spent on the Platform and net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of navi4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from navi4d.
• Distribute, sell, license, or otherwise transfer any content obtained from the Platform to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software or systems underlying the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or use automated systems to scrape or download content.

The navi4d name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of navi4d. You may not use any such marks without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, navi4d, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Loss of business opportunity
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Errors or omissions in content
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or communications
• Any other matter relating to the Platform or these Terms

navi4d's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 90 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. navi4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. navi4d collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

Amendments

navi4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which navi4d holds its international operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with navi4d support.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable regulatory authority. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against navi4d. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
